Already patched termsrv.dll file for Windows 10 Pro 圆4 can be downloaded here: termsrvforwindows10圆410240.zip. It's working for XP, Vista, and W7 based systems, where for the first two there are registry keys and for W7 (x86 and 圆4) there is a small application. Update: It seems that the files aren't there any longer. the commands required for remote service management and resolving issues accessing admin shares. In addition to simply updating the Terminal Services libraries, I've also included information relating to doing so remotely. This has been written about a dozen or more times in various places, but I'm re-hashing it all here mostly for my own record, and to keep it all together.
